My name is Jeannie and I am a student of life experience. An observer, I see what’s behind the exterior. I feel unsaid frequencies. As a Projector, I’ve always been extra sensitive. Feeling everything down to the depths of my being. I grew up in rural southern California, with the energies of the earth under my bare feet…I was always barefoot. Swimming in natural springs, climbing rocks, gazing at the heavens at night. I have always had a deep relationship with nature, and can sense the vibrations that it holds. It’s the same with people. I can sense their inner being. This hasn’t always felt like a blessing, although I know it is my greatest. Trauma and difficult situations seemed to follow me throughout my life. I will write more in detail about that in a future blog.

When my body demanded that I return home, I started gathering tools. Yoga was first. It felt like a return to gymnastics, which I had loved so much as an adolescent. It was so good to get back in touch with my body, in such a sensual way. I love everything about the yogic practice. I eventually took my 200 hour teacher training. After I received a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, I decided to become a health coach, getting my certification through the Institute for Transformational Nutrition.

Then, I found Human Design. The Science of Differentiation. The study of how absolutely different each and every one of us are, and how we can embrace those differences instead of shaming them. This was a game changer for me. Finding out that I was a Projector gave reason to the separateness that I had felt as a child. I became a Living Your Design Guide. Here to help guide you through your journey of self discovery and self acceptance through recognizing how your mind and body are conditioned by the world around you, the planetary transits, and the auras of other people to behave in ways that aren’t actually you. And to Love Yourself in spite of it.

I then, started seeing a Somatic Therapist and became immersed in learning about the nervous system and how it functions. I learned about dissociation, and how some people stop inhabiting their bodies completely because the trauma that lives there is just too much to face. I have been one of those people.

What these practices all have in common, is a return to living in the body as opposed to living in the unreliable mind.

Most recently I was called back to the earth to study Shamanism, and our body’s relationship to the natural world in both seen and unseen realms. It is through these amazing tools that I navigate my own life and humbly invite you to allow me to be your guide in your journey to Loving Yourself.
